Quad Lock Honda Brings Larwood to Sweden as Team’s Championship Push Continues!
Quad Lock Honda continues to lead the World Supercross Team Championship, an accolade the organization values highly and has proudly held since the championship’s inception. The Teams Championship reflects consistency, performance, and collective strength, and remains a major focus for the program.
The lineup has undergone unavoidable changes in the lead-up to Sweden. Wilson Todd, who competed in Canada, unfortunately suffered a broken foot, an injury requiring a minimum of eight weeks of recovery. Anthony Bourdon, originally brought in to replace Brodie Connolly following his scaphoid surgery, is unable to compete due to commitments to another championship that clashes with the WSX round.
In response, the team has selected Honda Australia’s leading 250 rider, Alex Larwood, fresh off finishing second overall in the Australian Championship, including a dominant win in the final round. Sweden will mark his WSX debut and his first professional race outside Australia.

“It’s a great opportunity and a privilege to line up with Quad Lock Honda, they’ve achieved success all over the world. I still have a lot to learn, and I’m excited to see where I stack up against some of the world’s best,” said Larwood.
Quad Lock Honda delivered strong results at the Gold Coast in Round 3 and now turns its full attention to Sweden. Christian Craig and Joey Savatgy currently sit 2nd and 3rd in the championship standings, and with Roczen out, the title fight has opened up considerably.
Craig believes this championship has been the fresh start he needed after several difficult seasons.
“The team, the people, the staff, we’re all aligned. We know the championship is wide open, and we’re confident we can continue to contend for it,” Craig said.
Team Director Yarrive Konsky is looking forward to returning to the world stage this weekend and believes the team is well-prepared and united.
“Everyone is working in unison. We have a clear goal and we’re prepared. The riders are doing their jobs, and we’re there to complement them,” said Konsky.
